- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Dont go to this Podiatrist. She has an online appointment service which does not work. Her website crashes repeatedly and when you phone up, you are diverted to a call centre elsewhere, where either messages are not passed or she does not respond. After several repeated attempts on her crashing website, I cancelled an appointment online 3 days prior. She or someone from her company had then put an unstamped, non addressed envelope with just my name through my letterbox suggesting she had come to my home. She demanded £20 for a consultation I never had and cancelled. A few weeks letter she got a debt collector to sent me an invoice for £40. By the way, the reason I initially cancelled the appointment is that I phoned to ask if they treated children. The call centre took the message and said Linda or Chetna would call me back from 11am that day. No one called me so in the absence of an answer to my query, I cancelled.By Admin, July 14, 2019
