  I visited this shop to arrange my childs birthday party, a month in advance, there we were offered a variety of options, I was impressed with what could be offered. I was sent a follow up email by Varsha along with some images of decorations that I liked, which I replied to and was then contacted by Reshma to say she was going to be dealing with the request. My questions never got answered, instead I was introduced to add on services which dont get me wrong some were of interest, and im happy to have had these suggestions however I was precise on what I wanted and I gave a list of what I would like and a month later with only a few days to go before my event I have still not received a quote, even after many emails and calls requesting this. I am not impressed with this unprofessional attitude towards me as a client - where no apology was made and I was constantly told that my quote would be sent that day. This shop has wasted my time and effort of the constant chasing, even whilst on holiday - a stress that I should encountering. I would advise this shop to communicate with customers- at the end of the day , if you dont take care of your clients then someone else will.
